Topics
I don't really know what "Topics" means for me at the moment. I'd say, here I collect everything what is not an all-time topic for me. This also explains the seperation in current and "old" topics.
Ongoing Topics
All topics in the ongoing topic category.
Topics
These are all topics which are not ongoing, say ended or temporarily stalled.
